1) Does Barnes Crossing have a body shop?

Yes, we do have a body shop. It is located on the lot behind the detail shop. The body shop hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m.

 

2) Who is the body shop manager?

Allan Ezell is our body shop manager. He has a very credible background with his experience in the body shop. His goal for the body shop is to provide every service he can to effectively fix a customer’s vehicle to their satisfaction.

 

3) Are body repair estimates free?

Yes, one of our body repair experts will closely examine the damage done to your vehicle and will provide you with a free estimate to repair your vehicle.

 

4) Will you fax estimates and send photos to my insurance company?

Yes, once we estimate your vehicle we will fax the photo and estimate straight to your insurance company

 

5) Do you provide loaner vehicles for me to drive while my vehicle is getting fixed?

Yes! We provided loaner vehicles for those who are getting their vehicle fixed in the body shop.
